My name is Roy Simmonds, and as Chairman of the Oxfordshire 20 -11 Festival my role is to promote awareness of the Samaritan Fund within the Province and to ensure that our target of raising £1.2million by 2011 is achieved.I am ably assisted amongst others by Martin Rasch, our Festival Secretary.
In this Section, I hope to keep you updated with the 20-11 Festival financial progress.
